FEIN 18V AMPShare Cordless Range
The entire universe of FEIN’s drills/drivers and impact wrenches/drivers are designed especially for applications in metal, steel and machine construction.
The FEIN ASCM 18-4 QM(P) AS is no different. However, what makes it unique is that it is the only combi drill to do the job of 8 special tools when used with FEIN's new QuickIN accessories.
FEIN'S HERO
Dubbed an ‘all-rounder’, the cordless drill/driver can be used for multiple functions in drilling, core drilling, tapping, screw-driving and countersinking applications.
- A huge range, comprising 13 different QuickIN quick-change attachments, provides immense versatility for metalworking and woodworking. It covers up to 11 different applications associated with drilling, core drilling, tapping, screw-driving and countersinking and even gets to work in tight and difficult-to-reach spots.
- A solid metal 4-speed gearbox with speeds of up to 4000 rpm enables the drill/driver to make twice the work progress as other 2-speed models currently on the market.
- Ergonomically speaking, the ASCM 18-4 QM(P) AS has a perfectly balanced centre of gravity right on the pistol grip. Users keep control, even at high torques, thanks to the telescopic additional handle, which can be extended up to 40 cm.
- Should the bit jam, an integrated kick-back function stops the tool right away.
- For users wanting to accurately insert wood screws, an adjustment function can be used until the screw head is flush with the material.
New QuickIN accessories – For cordless drill/driver applications not possible with any other tool in the world.
Three specially developed quick-change attachments, such as the tapper attachment, depth stop and eccentric drive head, extend the versatility of the QuickIN range.
- An innovative tapper attachment with automatic forward/reverse running makes short cycle times possible when tapping up to M14.
- With the depth stop, every screw is countersunk to exactly the same depth.
- Appropriate depth stop sleeves are available for self-drilling with sealing discs up to 28 mm in diameter.
- Hand-guided sawing of holes up to 80 mm in 4 mm sheet metal and hand-guided core drilling up to 30 mm in 20 mm construction steel are also possible when combined with the QuickIN accessories already launched with the ASCM 18-4 QM(P) AS.
