How to Claim
Simply make your purchase and head to hikoki-powertools.co.uk/redemption to claim.
You will need to provide personal data and any other field marked with an asterisk (*). You will also need a copy of your invoice and photos of your eligible purchases' rating plates. Terms and conditions / Privacy Policy must be accepted.
Terms & Conditions
As always, it is important to read and understand our terms and conditions before participating in our redemption(s). Ensure you are eligible before making your claim.
You must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Be ordinarily resident in the UK or ROI with a UK or ROI delivery address.
- Be a trade and retail customer who has made a qualifying purchase from an authorised UK/ROI seller/dealer (UK Planet Tools).
- Have made a valid purchase within the promotional window 01/05/24 - 30/06/24.
- Claim in a single transaction with a copy of your itemised VAT invoice (delivery notes/confirmations will not be accepted).
Please be advised:
- Applications for redemption products to be delivered outside of the UK/ROI cannot be accepted as part of this offer.
- Claims cannot be submitted/processed by the seller/HiKOKI dealer, if they are, they will be automatically rejected without notification.
- These offers are only valid on HiKOKI 18V & MultiVolt cordless tools.
- HiKOKI must be notified if any qualifying goods purchased to obtain the spend threshold are cancelled or returned within 30 days of delivery, the free gift must be returned to HiKOKI UK LTD.
- Redemption claims must be received within 28 days of invoice. Only one redemption per transaction.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one redemption per transaction.
- You will need to have the capability to take a photo of your purchases to claim.
- Please ensure that someone is available during business hours to sign for the delivery. HiKOKI Power Tools (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any lost, misdirected or misplaced deliveries due to incorrectly provided delivery address and/or absence to sign for the delivery.
