    3. Submit your claim within 28 days of invoice.

    Ensure you are eligible before making your claim.

    You must:

    • Be aged 18 or over.
    • Be ordinarily resident in the UK or ROI with a UK or ROI delivery address.
    • Be a trade and retail customer who has made a qualifying purchase from an authorised UK/ROI seller/dealer (UK Planet Tools).
    • Have made a valid purchase within the promotional window 06/01/25 - 31/03/25.
    • Claim in a single transaction with a copy of your itemised VAT invoice (delivery notes/confirmations will not be accepted).

    Please be advised:

    • Applications for redemption products to be delivered outside of the UK/ROI cannot be accepted as part of this offer.
    • Claims cannot be submitted/processed by the seller/HiKOKI dealer, if they are, they will be automatically rejected without notification.
