How to claim

Follow these instructions to make your claim for your redeemable item(s):

1. Make a qualifying purchase at UK Planet Tools.
2. Wait for delivery and keep a copy of your invoice.
3. Go to metabo.com and fill out a claim form.
4. Read and agree to the terms and conditions and hit 'Register now!'
5. Wait to receive your free gift(s) – can take up to 28 days

Terms and Conditions

To take part in this redemption, you must meet the eligibility criteria and follow all instructions to claim.

You must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Be ordinarily resident in the UK or ROI and have a UK or ROI address
• Purchase from an authorised Metabo retailer (ukplanettools.co.uk) either in the UK or ROI within the promotional period (01/05/2024 - 30/06/2024)
• Redeem your battery within 28 days of invoice.
• Be claiming with a single transaction from one seller within 28 days of invoice
• Have a copy of your itemised VAT invoice for proof of purchase (email confirmations or delivery notes cannot be accepted)
• Have the capability to take a photo of your purchases
• Ensure someone is home for delivery during business hours and be aware that Metabo takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected or misplaced deliveries due to an incorrectly provided address and/or absence to sign for delivery

Please also note:

• Delivery of any promotional product will be offered by Metabo free of charge as part of the offer. This is only applicable within the UK/ROI.
• Applications for redemption products to be delivered outside the UK/ROI will not be accepted as part of the offer.
• Claims cannot be submitted by the dealership or seller (so, we can't claim for you!) If they are, they will be automatically rejected without notification.
• Multiple purchases from different sellers/dealers to reach the spend threshold will not be permitted. Please only claim on ONE TRANSACTION.
