The Trend LOCK/JIG Lock Recessing Jig with templates, a precision tool designed to meet the needs of both professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts. This tool requires a router fitted with a 30 mm guide bush and 12 mm diameter long reach cutter, making it suitable for most common sash mortice and deadlocks with up to 3in deep mortices and a 7/8in or 1in faceplate.
- For most common sash mortises & dead locks, with up to 3 inch deep mortises & a 7/8 inch or 1 inch face-plate.
- Deeper mortises can be achieved with a suitable size of auger bit.
- Fast, clean & accurate results on doors 34mm to 58mm thick, even in hardwood.
- Steel plates & body.
- An auger bit and drill is required to complete deep mortises.
